Sea Guard Barrier and the management of plastics
Sea Guard Barrier and the management of plastics

Did you know that our shipowner Carlos Samblás has created a revolutionary project? It is called Sea Guard Barrier and its function is to change our impact on the planet.
Human beings have evolved a lot in recent decades at an industrial level, but we are at a time when we must honour and thank our planet for allowing us to live on it. And the truth is that we are not taking care of it.
One of the side effects of consumerism is that the plastics we use every day always end up in the sea. And it is time for us to change our management in this regard to build a healthy planet, without contaminating waste, affecting marine species and consequently humanity.
We are part of a precious planet and it is our obligation to take care of it.
Our shipowner, Carlos Samblás, has devised together with the engineer Juan José Lemm a revolutionary project to end once and for all with all the plastics that will become microplastics, if we don't stop them before they reach the sea through the torrents. and rainwater channels. We must stop the arrival of these products in the marine environment, to avoid contamination and degradation of all species.
What is the purpose of Sea Guard Barrier? Finance environmental education that will be carried out through the Almas Marinas Foundation. We want to help and educate the little ones in the house so that they learn to manage the use of plastics so that we can definitively end single-use ones.
From the Almas Marinas Foundation they inform us of the products that are most found in the sea and it is chilling: cigarette butts, single-use bottles and caps, intimate hygiene products and wrappers of any type of container. And all this waste ends up in our body.
It is time to sow the seeds of life. Sea Guard Barrier is a wonderful project that has an international patent, developed and manufactured in Spain, so that all countries get involved in saving our seas, starting with the Mediterranean Sea and creating a great altruistic and generous community.
